By accessing and using PageUnbound™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

PageUnbound™ is an AI-powered audiobook conversion platform that transforms PDF documents into high-quality audio narrations using AI text editing and text-to-speech technology.

2. User Accounts

• You must create an account to purchase and access audiobooks.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Content & Copyright

• You retain ownership of documents you upload.
• By uploading a document, you confirm you have the legal right to convert it to audio.
• PageUnbound™ does not sell or distribute your uploaded content to third parties.
• Generated audiobooks are for personal use only unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable AI processing costs.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Due to the nature of AI-generated content (immediately delivered), purchases are generally non-refundable once generation has begun.
• If a technical error occurs during generation, please contact support immediately.

5. Deleted Content

When you delete an audiobook from your library, it is permanently removed from your account. Restoration may be requested by contacting support, but cannot be guaranteed and may incur a service fee.

6. Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Prohibited Use

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempting to circumvent payment or access controls
• Reverse engineering or scraping the service
• Using the service for commercial redistribution of generated audio without permission

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Account data: Name, email address (via Google Sign-In or email registration)
• Usage data: Books created, character counts processed, languages selected
• Payment data: Processed exclusively by Stripe — we do not store credit card details
• Document content: Temporarily processed for TTS generation and then stored only as audio chunks in your account

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the audiobook conversion service
• To process payments and deliver your purchased audiobooks
• To improve service quality and troubleshoot technical issues
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your uploaded documents for AI model training

Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In — for authentication
• Stripe — for payment processing
• OpenAI API — for text-to-speech and AI text editing
• ElevenLabs API — for premium voice synthesis (where applicable)

Data Retention

Your audiobooks are stored as long as your account is active. Deleted books are removed immediately. You may request complete account deletion by contacting support.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at info@trackmy.pro to exercise these rights.

Common Questions

My audiobook generation failed. What now?

Please contact support with the book title and approximate time of the attempt. If a technical error prevented generation, we will investigate and, where applicable, arrange a re-generation or refund.

Can I restore a deleted audiobook?

Deleted books are permanently removed from your library. In exceptional cases, restoration may be possible — please contact support. Note that restoration requires additional processing time and may not always be feasible.

Which file formats are supported?

Currently PageUnbound™ supports PDF format. We plan to add EPUB and Word document support in a future update.

Can I listen offline?

You can download your generated audiobook chapters as MP3 files via the download button in the player. These files can be transferred to any device for offline listening. Native offline playback within the app is on our roadmap.

Which languages are supported?

PageUnbound™ currently supports English, German, Spanish, and French for both text editing and voice narration. More languages are planned.
